As a community, we are facing an unprecedented challenge with the spread of COVID-19 and we wanted to provide you with an update as to what we are doing to keep you, our customers and our staff safe during this time.
As an online business, we are operating as normal, and our team are fulfilling your orders and shipping them as quickly as possible.
While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards, we have implemented additional precautionary measures.
Here is what we are doing to reduce the risk:

Promote good hand hygiene and provide hand sanitisers and Mandatory Mask Wearing for all our staff. Additionally our team are wearing gloves to pack your precious orders.

We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting shared high-touch surfaces.

We have implemented social distancing during shifts and lunch breaks.

We have implemented a split shift policy in order to;

reduce the number of staff in our distribution centre at any one time

reduce the likelihood of transmission between team members on the same shift

reduce the number of staff directly impacted should any one member fall ill

KAS Australia is actively supporting staff members who are feeling unwell to ensure they only return to work once they have a clean bill of health.
