East coast wet weather update
Due to the significant rainfall over the east coast of Australia, we are anticipating delivery delays due to flooding and road closures.
A severe weather warning remains active across New South Wales and northern Victoria. Flood warnings are in place for a number of catchments within these areas. In some locations, in-transit freight will be held until it is safe for our carriers to deliver.

WA update
Freight to WA traveling from NSW, QLD, and VIC on our standard delivery service may experience up to 14 days delay on top of regular transit times due to flooding in western NSW affecting the freight rail network. The rail line is not anticipated to open until the end of November. Our carrier partners are re-routing freight to the rail network out of Victoria and to road transport where possible, but delays in delivery are anticipated.
Delivery of freight traveling on our white glove delivery partners to WA from NSW, QLD, and BNE will be delayed until the 1st week of December, with delays possibly extending beyond this time. Temple & Webster will contact you if your delivery is affected.

Normally, we send an update at each stage of the delivery process, however, in flood affected areas, sometimes the first notification that you will receive is on the day that your item is being delivered to you. This is because of the changes to the way we’re processing items due to the floods.
All our products ship from within Australia
Temple & Webster ships products from a network of suppliers and warehouses all of which are located in Australia.
Orders containing multiple items or boxes may be delivered separately
